By using RoutineTracker you agree to these terms. Plain language, no surprises.
The service
RoutineTracker is an iOS app for planning and tracking daily routines, optionally augmented by AI Coach (a paid subscription) and synced via our backend if you sign in. The core routine tracking is free.
Your account
You're responsible for the email and password you provide. We use Apple's iOS keychain to store tokens on your device. If you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else, contact us.
Subscriptions and purchases
Two paid products: Remove Ads (one-time) and AI Coach (monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription with a 3-day free trial). All purchases go through Apple's App Store; we never see card details. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled in iOS Settings.
Fair use
AI Coach has a daily request cap (20 during trial, 50 with subscription) to prevent abuse and runaway costs. Don't try to circumvent these caps; the server will rate-limit and may revoke access.
Your content
Your routines, tasks, completions, and chat messages remain yours. You grant us a narrow license to store and transmit this content as required to operate the service.
No warranty
The app is provided as is. We try to keep it stable and well-built, but we don't promise it'll be bug-free or available 100% of the time. Use your own judgment for important reminders or schedules.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate fair use or abuse the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
