Routines live on your device by default. If you signed in but your routines don't appear on another device, check Settings → Sync → Sync now.
AI Coach quota↓
During the 3-day free trial you get 20 AI plans per day. With an active subscription that becomes 50 per day. Quota resets at midnight UTC.
Subscription management↓
Manage or cancel your AI Coach subscription anytime in iOS Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions, or from the app's Settings → AI Coach.
Reminders↓
Reminders are local — they fire even without an internet connection. If they stop, check iOS Settings → Notifications → RoutineTracker.
